We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Billing Executive with strong knowledge of interior project billing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling complete billing processes for interior design and turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end billing activities for interior projects.
- Prepare client bills, running bills (RA Bills), and final bills.
- Verify contractor bills and vendor bills.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Perform quantity take-offs and measurement verification.
- Prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Monitor project costs and maintain cost records.
- Handle variations, extra work orders, and additional billing.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients for billing requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation related to project billing and costing.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all bills.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing with an Interior Designing or Fit-Out company.
- Strong knowledge of interior project billing processes.
- Thorough understanding of BOQ, measurements, estimation, costing, and billing.
- Experience in client billing, contractor billing, and vendor billing.
- Knowledge of RA Bills, final billing, and reconciliation.
- Good command of MS Excel and billing-related software.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates from Interior Design, Turnkey, Fit-Out, or Construction background.
- Must have handled multiple interior projects independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Location preference: Mumbai.
