Role & responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the end-to-end settlement, reporting, and accounting of treasury transactions (Sovereign Debt, Corporate Debt, Liquidity Instruments, and Treasury Derivatives)

within an NBFC framework. Hands-on experience with RBI, CCIL, and Indian debt market infrastructure, bank/investment management, treasury derivative operations, and a tech-driven

aptitude to automate manual treasury workflows is preferred.

1. Market Operations & RBI/CCIL Platform Management

- Sovereign Debt & Auction Operations: Handle primary market bidding on RBI E-Kuber and secondary market settlement/reporting on NDS-OM for G-Secs, SDLs, and T-Bills via the CSGL account.
- Liquidity & Repo Management: Execute and settle short-term borrowing/lending operations on CCIL platforms, specifically TREPS and CROMS.
- Debt Issuance & Reporting: Manage operations on NSE/BSE EBP platforms for NCD/CP issuances; report debt market trades on F-TRAC and CBRICS.
- Liquidity Management: Oversee the day-to-day booking, deployment, tracking, and redemptions of Mutual Funds (MF) and Bank Fixed Deposits (FDs).
- Derivative Operations: Support the settlement, confirmation, accounting, valuation coordination, and regulatory reporting of treasury derivative transactions (such as Interest Rate Swaps, Forward Rate Agreements, FX Forwards, Currency Swaps, and

other approved hedging instruments). Coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely settlement and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

2. Bank Account Management & Reconciliations

Account Maintenance: Coordinate end-to-end Bank Account Management (opening, closing, managing Board Resolutions, updating authorized signatories, and supervising internet banking access/limits).

- Reconciliation: Conduct daily bank,



pool account, CCIL ledger, investment ledger, and derivative settlement reconciliations to ensure zero variances.
- Interest Verification: Validate interest payouts/pay-ins, processing fees, derivative cash flows, and servicing schedules against lender sanction terms and FD receipts.

3. Treasury Automation & Systems

- Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across banking, platform reporting (CCIL/E-Kuber), derivative operations, and debt workflows to drive tech-driven solutions.
- BRDs & UAT: Draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), automated reconciliation tools, derivative processing, and Treasury Management System (TMS) modules; execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications & Experience

5- 8 years in Treasury Operations within an NBFC, Bank, Primary Dealer, or Financial Institution.

Technical Skills

- Market Platforms: Hands-on proficiency with RBI/CCIL platforms (E-Kuber, NDS-OM, TREPS, CROMS), market portals (NSE/BSE EBP, F-TRAC, CBRICS), and CSGL account mechanics.
- Product Knowledge: Strong operational understanding of G-Secs, SDLs, T-Bills, Repo, NCDs, CPs, Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, and treasury derivative products including Interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Forward Rate Agreements (FRA), FX Forwards, Currency Swaps, and other RBI-permitted hedging instruments.
- Derivative Operations: Understanding of derivative transaction lifecycle, confirmations, settlements, valuation concepts (MTM), collateral/margin management, hedge documentation, and applicable RBI/market regulations.
- Tech Capabilities: Advanced MS Excel; exposure to ERPs , Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and reconciliation solutions.
- Attributes: High analytical accuracy under strict market cut-off and banking timelines with solid attention to detail and process controls.
