- Senior Piping Stress Engineer with 5-8 years experience in performing piping stress and flexibility analysis.
- Experience in nuclear pipe stress analysis for pipelines classified as seismic and safety.
- Experience in writing and verifying piping calculation notes and piping hypothesis notes.
- The ideal candidate will execute the work assigned by the Pipe Stress Lead Engineer.
- Ensure QC for compliance with nuclear projects.
- Makes use of 3D models (Navisworks).
- Liaise with other engineers like support and senior engineers for execution of the deliverables.
- Positive Knowledge in piping analysis.
- 5+ years on piping engineering calculations.
- Carrying out the dimensioning of pipes and their supports.
- Carrying out counter-calculations of flexibility and support.
- Update the modifications made by the Client's various services.
- Analyse and compare initial results with those modifications.
- Produce the associated calculation notes.
- Update calculations carried out by the Client's various suppliers.
- Instruct modifications in relation to the Client's various services.
- Working with the designers to implement modifications to 3D models.
