Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate who will be an asset to our sales sourcing team, with effective sales experience in the real estate market and hands-on experience in sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Activation of Channel Partners 20%
2. Adhering to IBM, OBM & Weekly Walk-ins as required by the Sales Head 20%
3. Market Intelligence 20%
4. Technical skills related to the Real Estate Industry 20%
5. Report Preparation & System Understanding 10%
6. Good / Effective Communication 10%

Minimum Requirements

Industry: Real Estate, Developer & Construction

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in real estate sourcing and channel partner management.
- Strong network of Channel Partners and Brokers.




- Proven ability to generate leads and achieve sourcing targets.
- Positive understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting.
