Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage HR administration, including employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisal management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.

- Develop and implement effective HR policies to promote a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company regulations.

- Foster solid relationships with employees at all levels within the organization to drive employee satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, labor laws etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven expertise in HR policy formulation, HR administration, payroll management, performance appraisal management, employee welfare & engagement.

- LLB (Law) degree or MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization).
