The Senior Manager Taxation will lead end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, ensuring adherence to Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. The role includes managing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and regulatory filings such as Form 3CEB. The incumbent will support tax audits, statutory audits, assessments, and litigation by coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Responsibilities include reviewing domestic and international transactions for tax implications, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and overseeing withholding tax compliance. The role also involves monitoring changes in tax laws, strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and supporting automation initiatives. Collaboration with finance, legal, supply chain,



and business teams is essential to ensure tax-efficient operations. Candidates should possess solid expertise in direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, audits, and international taxation, along with excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and multinational or export-oriented businesses is preferred. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong ownership and problem-solving capabilities.
