Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the finance and accounting functions for the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee monthly end reporting, including preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure timely completion of audits by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in finance & accounts or related field.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST laws, income tax regulations, VAT rules etc. .
- Proficiency in audit management software such as Audition Pro or similar tools.
