Job Summary :

Manage end-to-end operational processes for the RIA business, including client onboarding, transaction processing, reporting, and service delivery, while ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

The role is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, timely execution, and seamless coordination across internal stakeholders and external intermediaries to support efficient business functioning.

It also focuses on strengthening process governance, enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of financial services operations, preferably in Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, or related domains.





• Valuable knowledge of operational workflows, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • High attention to detail and process orientation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

Candidate shall be responsible for end to end client onboarding, account activation, transaction processing, execution support, regulatory, internal compliance adherence, stakeholder coordination, process improvements, risk mitigation and service delivery.
