Job Title: Assistant Manager – Legal (GSC)

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Legal professional to support DP World’s trade finance business. The role involves contract drafting, legal advisory, and handling cross-border transactions in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate trade finance & commercial contracts
- Support transactions like import/export finance, receivables financing, commodities finance.
- Provide legal support across global business operations
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (AML/CTF, DIFC)
- Work with internal teams (risk, compliance, credit, operations)
- Conduct legal research and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:

- Banking & Finance Law / Trade Finance knowledge
- Solid contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Experience in financial services / NBFC / law firms
- Understanding of cross-border transactions
- Familiarity with DIFC / AML compliance
- Good communication and analytical skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university.
- 2–7 years of experience in law firms, banks, NBFCs, FinTech's, or MNCs
