Key Responsibilities

- Execute and monitor all on-site marketing activities for the commercial project in coordination with HO Marketing Team.
- Ensure premium upkeep of project branding, facade branding, directional signage, hoardings, digital screens, kiosks and marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate with leasing/sales teams for client visits, broker meets, channel partner activities and walk through experiences.
- Manage site marketing operations including sample offices, experience zones, reception areas and client hospitality coordination.
- Support lead generation initiatives, local activation and campaign execution to drive commercial enquiries.
- Coordinate with agencies, printers, fabricators, production vendors and event partners for timely delivery and execution.
- Monitor daily site activity and share reports, competition updates, branding status and marketing feedback with HO.
- Assist in execution of corporate events, investor meets, broker engagement programs, launch activities and networking events.
- Ensure all communication materials displayed at site are updated, approved and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for campaign support, lead tracking and site-level campaign effectiveness.




- Maintain inventory of brochures, presentations, leasing kits, merchandise and branding materials.
- Track competitor commercial developments, leasing trends and local market activity.
- Ensure premium customer and client experience at every touch point within the project site.

Requirements

- MBA - Marketing
- 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing/site operations preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
- Experience in handling vendors, events, branding and client-facing activities.
- Good understanding of commercial leasing setting and business development coordination.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive Marketing for our commercial real estate project. The role will be responsible for managing on-site marketing operations, maintaining brand visibility, coordinating with leasing and sales teams and ensuring seamless execution of all marketing initiatives under the guidance of the Head Office (HO) Marketing Team.
