Job Summary:
We are looking for a Corporate IT Manager to oversee and manage all IT operations across the organization. The candidate should have solid experience in hotel IT systems, network management, and troubleshooting, with expertise in INNKey PMS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support INNKey PMS across all hotel properties.
- Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
- Monitor data security, backups, and system performance.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT services and system upgrades.
- Support hotel departments with technology requirements.
- Maintain IT documentation and compliance standards.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong knowledge of INNKey PMS.
- Experience in hotel IT operations.
- Network, server, and system administration.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data security and backup management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
