Key Responsibilities -
Technical
- End-to-end design, planning, and technical oversight of large-scale wet infrastructure and utility systems.
- Strong understanding of international and local codes, standards, and authority requirements (NFPA, NBC, CIDCO/NMMC/KDMC etc.).
- Wet Infrastructure - Lead the design and review of comprehensive wet utility networks including water supply, sewerage, and irrigation systems.
- Hydraulic Engineering: Perform and validate complex hydraulic design calculations for water demand estimation, pump head requirements, pipe sizing, and storage tank capacities.
- Mission-Critical Planning: Develop high-reliability treated water systems and cooling support infrastructure specifically tailored for Data Center uptime.
- Water & Waste Treatment: Oversee the sizing and technological selection for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), and sustainable Rainwater Harvesting strategies.
- Stormwater Management: Conduct advanced stormwater catchment studies and develop integrated drainage network
- Flood Risk Assessment: Lead flood and hydrology modeling to identify risks and implement robust mitigation techniques for large-scale sites.
- Designing and optimizing the Master Plan for campuses, ROW, road sections, and utility corridors
Managerial-
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and operators, translating global standards into site-specific engineering solutions.
ensuring all designs align with mission-critical redundancy requirements and international standards.
- Review consultant drawings, validate material submittals, and approve contractor shop drawings and method statements.
- Monitor consultant deliverables against micro-schedules and provide real-time engineering solutions in fast-paced environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for drawing review and coordination.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making ability.
- Collaborative leadership style with adaptability to dynamic project environments.
- Strong people management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Added Advantage
- Experience in Tier-rated data centre projects or mission-critical infrastructure.
- Proficiency in DGPS-RTK Topographic Surveys, GIS Mapping, and elevation calibration to establish high-precision pipeline alignments for seamless water transfer across long-distance, mission-critical networks would be an added advantage.
Qaulification & Requirements:-
BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with 14 18 years of core experience in design and planning. Strong exposure to Large-scale Wet Infrastructure, Industrial or Data Centre Projects is highly preferred.
