Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all EHS laws and regulations
- Identify workplace hazards and implement risk control measures
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents and prevent recurrence
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs
- Monitor and improve workplace health and safety performance
- Maintain safety records and reports
- Drive a strong safety culture across the organization

Key Requirements

- Experience in implementing and monitoring EHS policies on large-scale projects.
- Solid knowledge of HIRA/JSA, PTW systems, incident investigation, and emergency response.
- Exposure to safety audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and compliance reporting.




- Familiarity with local statutory and international safety standards (ISO 45001, OSHA, etc.).
- Proven ability to maintain a zero-harm safety culture and ensure project safety compliance.

Preferred candidates should have EHS/Safety experience on commercial buildings, airports, hotels, hospitality, or other high-rise/mixed-use projects. Such exposure ensures strong knowledge of contractor safety management, regulatory compliance, fire & life safety standards, risk assessment, and safety implementation in fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environments.
