Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and caf menu items as per standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Supervise, train, and motivate outlet staff.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control wastage.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper upkeep of coffee equipment and outlet facilities.
- Drive sales through upselling and customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in caf, hospitality, QSR, or F&B; operations.
- Hands-on barista experience with knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
- Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory management, cash handling, and team supervision.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Candidates with a passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience will be preferred.
