Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of GSM/Telco production machinery to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Troubleshoot electrical and control system faults in automated manufacturing machines.
- Diagnose and repair electrical components including motors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, relays, contactors, SMPS, servo drives, and control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, PLC I/O layouts, and machine manuals.
- Carry out electrical installation, modification, and commissioning of production machinery.
- Ensure timely resolution of machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate with Production and Mechanical Maintenance teams for productive machine performance.
- Maintain maintenance logs,



machine history, and breakdown analysis reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and productivity.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or a related field.
