Key Responsibilities
• 15-18 years of hands-on experience in data modelling, metadata management and related tools (Erwin or ER Studio or others)
• Solid knowledge of data modelling principles, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Implement and manage Teradata FSLDM, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Work extensively with Teradata database technologies, including SQL development, utilities, and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, mappings, metadata, and governance standards.
• Perform data analysis, validation, and optimization using advanced SQL techniques.
• Support data warehousing initiatives, including medallion architecture and enterprise data platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality, modelling, and metadata issues.
• Contribute to metadata management and data governance initiatives across the organization.
• knowledge of the insurance domain and its data structures (preferred).
