Grindwell Norton Limited
Headquartered in Mumbai, GNO has seven manufacturing locations (Mora near Mumbai, Nagpur, Bangalore, Tirupati,
Halol, Himachal Pradesh and Bhutan) and 12 sales offices across the country. Himachal Pradesh Abrasives site for




manufacture of Thin Wheels and Coated Discs commenced commercial production in May '08. Saint-Gobain Ceramic
Materials Bhutan Pvt. Ltd., a majority owned joint venture with a local partner in Bhutan, has set up a plant to produce
13000 tons of Silicon Carbide (SiC).

Position : Sales Officer - Auto After
Location : Across India
Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical, Automobile Engineering preferred/ Graduation (Any Discipline) + MBA
Age : 24- 30 Years
Experience : 2 to 4 years of experience in Auto after market
Preferred target Companies (if any): NA

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Handling of Distributors in respective area
Working closely with distributors for customer conversion and engagement of Bodyshop customer
Engagement with OEM Regional Teams
Responsible for Customer training program
Working on expansion of retail business in assigned territory
Monitoring and Hand holding off roll Staff for daily activity & lead generation
Forecasting, Business Planning and Marketing
Channel Expansion
Ensure Commercial Policy is followed by the distributor

Qualifications :

B.E/B.Tech-Mechanical, Automobile Engineering preferred/ Graduation (Any Discipline) + MBA
2 to 4 years of Experience in Handling Sales for Industrial Consumables / Paint /Automobile/ Auto OEM and
Ancillaries /Bearing segments Interface with key Industrial customers preferred
Strong convincing skills and have experience in retail Sales
Experience in handling dealers and distributors
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
