Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Techno-Functional experience as a Consultant or Analyst
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- People Code
- People Tools
- Application Designer
- Application Engine (AE)
- AWE (Approval Workflow Engine)
- Component Interface
- Integration Broker
- SQR

- Good working knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM applications (8.x / 9.x), including:

- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Purchasing (PO)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Travel & Expense (TE)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft-related issues ensuring system accuracy and efficiency
- Interact with business users to:
- Gather requirements
- Provide optimal solutions
- Coordinate development, testing, and delivery

- Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional/technical specifications
- Develop and execute test scripts for quality assurance




- Work on Managed Services projects across FSCM modules
- Handle production support, enhancements, and implementations

Required Competencies

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor role
- Good understanding of finance functional processes
- Moderate working knowledge of:
- SQL Queries
- PeopleSoft Queries (PS Query)

- Solid understanding of:

- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Both maintenance and implementation projects

- Strong experience in:

- Requirement gathering
- Documentation
- Stakeholder communication
