Role & responsibilities

- 90~95% Collection within 60 days. Invoice verification, liaison with more than 800 international and domestic telecom carriers.
- Collection from Global data customers and driving ZERO bad debt, Bucket wise collection efficiency enhancement
- Payment to Government, domestic and international carriers/operators within 15/30 days i.e. as per the due date agreed under the Agreement.
- Compliance as per various guidelines for DOT License fee, Service tax, TDS, GST, RBI FEMA.
- International tax compliance for global business including US and UK subsidiaries of Bharti.
- Billing dispute settlement with international and domestic telecom carriers within 60 days and as per terms of the agreement. Work with revenue assurance/business teams to prevent revenue leakage and fraud management
- Onboarding new interconnect, international telecom carriers agreement vetting and launching current products.
- Credit evaluation, D&B; check, customer history verification to ensure right credit limit allocation to customers for global business.
- Exposure monitoring and dunning for prepaid and Credit Limit customers to safeguard Company Revenue.
- Audit compliance for statutory/ internal audits.




- Partnering with IT/Project teams for development of IT applications and tools for automation and improved process handling.
- Partnering with CFR, ACE, TAX SME and Regulatory teams for policy decision and implementation.
- Define new work ways and explore maximum automation for process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent people management skills. Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Account Reconciliation & billing disputes Resolution
- Customer meetings to address service issues

Preferred candidate profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Fin) with experience of more than 15 years in telecom/Service sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Enterprise products, Revenue Assurance, Auditing, Accounting.
- Ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, relate and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions.
- Excellent people management skills. Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
