CAE Modeler HyperMesh

Experience: 2–5 Years

Job Description:

- Create and update FE models using HyperMesh.
- Perform geometry cleanup, meshing, and model quality checks.
- Develop safety/crash models for automotive applications.
- Create and manage connections such as spot welds, seam welds, bolts, rigid elements, and adhesives.
- Ensure models meet customer and project quality standards.
- Work closely with CAE analysts to support crash and safety simulations.
- Identify and resolve modelling issues.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in HyperMesh.
- Experience in connections modelling (spot welds, seam welds, bolts, adhesives, rigid connections).
- Good understanding of FEA and meshing concepts.
- Experience in automotive crash/safety modelling.
- Knowledge of LS-DYNA, Radioss, or similar crash solvers is an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering
