Role & responsibilities

* Carry out preventive maintenance of elevators and lifts at customer sites as per the maintenance schedule.

* Attend service calls and troubleshoot lift breakdowns or technical issues promptly.

* Inspect elevators to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient operation.

* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and perform necessary repairs.

* Replace or repair defective components as required.

* Maintain service reports and update maintenance records after each site visit.

* Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.

* Follow all safety standards and company procedures while carrying out maintenance activities.

* Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers by providing professional and timely service.

Preferred candidate profile

* Minimum 1 year of experience in elevator/lift maintenance is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance are also encouraged to apply.





* Freshers with an ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who are eager to learn are welcome.

* Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

* Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites across Tamil Nadu and, when required, to Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Karnataka.

* Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
