About the role:

As a Solution Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Solution Architect will play a critical role in defining the architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and successful delivery of the platform. The architect will work closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to establish architecture standards and drive implementation across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

- Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture platform
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications aligned with business objectives
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and technology decisions
- Define application, integration, data, and infrastructure architecture
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices
- Guide development teams on implementation approaches and technical solutions
- Design cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with high availability and resilience
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and operational excellence initiatives




- Define integration strategies with internal and external systems
- Collaborate with product, engineering, DevOps, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across engineering teams
- Support CI/CD strategy, release management, and deployment architecture

Requirements:

- 12+ years of software engineering experience with significant experience in Solution Architecture roles
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale enterprise applications
- Solid expertise in designing cloud-native applications on AWS
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS,



Next.js, Python, and Django-based ecosystems
- Extensive experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, and architecture best practices
- Experience designing and implementing integrations with third-party and enterprise systems
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with high-volume transactional platforms and workflow-driven systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive technical decisions across multiple teams and workstreams
- Desirable:
- Marketplace Platform experience
- Workflow Engine or BPM platform experience
- Event-Driven Architecture
- Redis caching strategies and performance optimization
