What Youll Do

Define Product Vision & Strategy

- Own and drive the product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Identify opportunities for data, AI, and platform-driven innovation

Deliver Customer-Centric Products

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
- Build solutions that deliver meaningful user value and measurable impact
- Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and product adoption

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

- Partner with engineering, data, design, and business teams
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Drive alignment, clarity, and execution across teams

Drive Data & AI-Driven Decision Making

- Leverage data insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions
- Define requirements for data products, analytics platforms, or AI features
- Enable self-service data access and insights for business users

Execute with Excellence

- Lead agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product features
- Continuously improve based on user feedback and performance metrics

What You Bring

Core Skills





- Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership
- Ability to define clear product vision, roadmap, and execution plans
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
- Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products (preferred)

Technical Understanding

- Good understanding of data engineering, APIs, and system design concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI use cases is a strong plus

Business & Stakeholder Skills

- Ability to translate business problems scalable product solutions
- Robust communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience influencing decisions without direct authority

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles

Additional

- - Experience in data product management / AI product management
- Exposure to enterprise platforms or large-scale systems
- Certifications in Product Management or Agile frameworks
