Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Develop procurement strategies for multiple projects.
- Source materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services.
- Obtain competitive quotations and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and contracts.
- Maintain approved vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and Rate Contracts.
- Monitor inventory and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of construction materials and specifications.
- Vendor negotiation, contract management, ERP systems, Advanced Excel,



BOQ interpretation.

Soft Skills
