Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LLM frameworks, and building scalable, production-grade AI systems, including agentic and multi-agent architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.

- Build and deploy agentic AI systems with capabilities like autonomous planning, tool/function calling, memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, event streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka), and databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Ensure adherence to responsible AI practices, including model evaluation, bias mitigation, and performance monitoring.

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong programming expertise in Python





- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)

- Experience in building RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

- Knowledge of agent-based AI systems and multi-agent architectures

- Solid understanding of Machine Learning / Deep Learning fundamentals

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design

- Experience working with REST APIs and distributed systems

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven) and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, SVN)

- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture

- Experience with SQL and RDBMS / NoSQL databases

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization

Additional Requirements

- Robust understanding of Unix/Linux environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Experience working in multi-tier and distributed system environments
