Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Testing Engineer proficient in both Manual and Automation testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing practices. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and execute test cases. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both Manual and Automation testing methodologies.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (both Manual and Automated) to ensure quality software products.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as per project requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues to resolution using bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and improve software quality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide testing effort estimates for sprint planning.




- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and trends in Software Testing and Automation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Testing Engineer or Quality Assurance Analyst.
- Solid proficiency in Manual and Automated testing methodologies.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Agile testing principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
