Role & responsibilities

- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Execute work in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site progress and ensure milestones are achieved as scheduled.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage site manpower and optimize workforce productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Verify site measurements, material consumption, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the procurement and stores departments to ensure timely availability of materials.




- Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support billing, quantity verification, estimation, and project documentation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site execution
- Solid knowledge of RCC, finishing works, construction drawings, BOQ, and project coordination
- Ability to manage site activities, contractors, and project timelines
