Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance) / CPA / CFA or equivalent qualification
Must Have Skills:
- SAP ,Good Communication Skill, MS office
- AP Operations, Invoice Processing & Resolution, Team Management
- 5-7 years of experience in to finance & accounts with a minimum of 3 years in to core accounts payable
- Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders
- Effective management of SLAs & KPIs
- GoAbility to handle audits (Internal & external)
- Excellent command of English both in written and spoken with customer service orientation
- Strong understanding of processes and process improvement
- Exposure in managing customer floor walks
- Analytical, decision making, problem solving, and people management skills
- Results-oriented leader
Good-to-Have Skills:
- ERP Systems (SAP), Process Improvement, Reporting & MIS, knowledge of Automation tools (RPA/Excel Advanced)
- Positive exposure in to ERP tools (SAP / Oracle)
- Certifications like Six sigma Green belt
- Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable
- KT / Transition experience will be an added advantage
