Junior Manager Material Planning (Aviation MRO)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Check part number availability in ERP and create current part numbers whenever required.
- Ensure all materials required for maintenance check packages are available as per the preload list.
- Raise purchase requests for IRC (Items Required from Customer) materials and follow up for timely availability.
- Regularly update customers and the maintenance team on IRC material status.
- Perform material forecasting based on maintenance and business requirements.
- Prepare and manage hangar slot plans for effective maintenance scheduling.
- Manage inventory to ensure material availability and optimize stock levels.
- Re-order consumables and expendables to avoid shortages.




- Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, Purchase, Logistics, Stores, and Quality teams.
- Support customer representatives and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate material planning records and monitor material availability throughout the maintenance process.
- Lead and coordinate the planning team to achieve material readiness targets.

Experience: 5+ years of Aviation MRO Material Planning experience.

Qualification: AME Diploma or Aeronautical Engineering Degree (Preferred). OR Engineering Degree
