Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.
Generate, qualify, and nurture business leads.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up discussions for the Sales/Business Development team.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement.
Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Prepare daily activity reports and update the lead pipeline.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Comfortable making 100-150 outbound calls per day.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and qualify leads effectively.
Solid follow-up and relationship management skills.
Good listening and objection-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Ability to maintain accurate call records and reports.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
