Job Title: Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Work on Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, configuration, data ingestion, data modeling, and activation use cases.
- Implement robust data integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, and asynchronous processes.
- Build dynamic, responsive, and reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components.
- Handle large data volumes and ensure data consistency, performance, scalability, and security.
- Work with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce objects, relationships, and data modeling concepts.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, optimize data flows, and resolve system issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governor limits.
- Participate in deployment and release management activities using CI/CD, Change Sets, SFDX, and Git.
- Maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom development,



data flows, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- 5 to 8 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Data Integration using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, ETL tools, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Strong proficiency in Apex including classes, triggers, batch processing, schedulers, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components.
- Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce data model, objects, and relationships.
- Experience in handling large data volumes, bulk data processing, and data synchronization.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, performance optimization, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with Git, SFDX, Change Sets, CI/CD, and release management processes.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of data governance, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Additional Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in IT Services or Consulting environment will be preferred.
