Bharath Hi-Tecch Builders Pvt Ltd (BBL) is the real estate arm of the Bharath Group, headquartered in Bangalore. The group operates across multiple sectors including Real Estate Development, Mineral Trading, Infrastructure Development, Logistics, Hospitality, and Education. The organization manages investments and development across large land parcels and infrastructure projects and works closely with financial institutions for project funding and expansion.

ROLE: Finance Executive Project Finance & Banking Relations

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated MBA Finance skilled to manage project finance coordination, banking relationships, financial documentation, and funding support for group companies and upcoming projects.
The role requires coordination with banks, chartered accountants, legal consultants, valuers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions, preparation of project reports, and successful closure of funding proposals.
The candidate will support management in financial planning, project feasibility studies, and execution of funding strategies for various real estate, infrastructure, and business expansion projects.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Banking Relations & Fund Raising

- Coordinate with public sector banks, private banks, and financial institutions for loan proposals, renewals, and disbursements.
- Assist in arranging funding through instruments such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Loan Against Property (LAP), Term Loans, Equipment Loans, and Foreign Letter of Credit (FLC).
- Maintain regular communication with bank relationship managers and credit teams.
- Ensure compliance with bank sanction conditions and submission of necessary documentation.

2. Project Finance & Financial Proposals





- Assist in preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for various projects including real estate developments, hospitality projects, agricultural ventures, and infrastructure developments.
- Prepare financial projections, feasibility reports, and financial models to support loan proposals and investment decisions.
- Work closely with management to evaluate project viability and funding requirements.
- Support preparation of investor presentations and funding proposals.

3. Preparation of CMA Data & Financial Documentation

- preparation of CMA data required for bank proposals.
- Compile and organize financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and financial forecasts required by banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely submission of all financial documents required during loan appraisal processes.

4. Loan Processing & Bank Compliance

- Handle end-to-end follow-up from loan proposal submission to sanction and disbursement stages.
- Monitor bank queries and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses.
- Ensure completion of documentation required for loan sanction including legal opinions, valuation reports, financial statements, and property documents.
- Track compliance requirements and maintain records of sanction conditions and renewals.

5. Trade Finance Operations

- Assist in handling trade finance activities including opening, amendment, and closure of Foreign Letters of Credit (FLC) for imports.




- Coordinate with banks for documentation related to international trade financing.
- Maintain records of trade transactions and ensure compliance with bank guidelines.

6. Legal & Valuation Coordination

- Coordinate with legal consultants for property legal opinions, due diligence reports, and documentation related to loan proposals.
- Work with government-approved valuers to obtain valuation reports for project assets and collateral properties.
- Ensure that all legal and valuation documents meet bank requirements.

7. Project & Investor Reporting

- Prepare financial summaries and project reports for management review.
- Assist in creating presentations and reports for investors, lenders, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain updated financial and project documentation for all ongoing and upcoming projects.

8. Financial Analysis & Market Research

- Conduct market research related to project feasibility, industry trends, and financial benchmarks.
- Assist management in evaluating financial opportunities, investment options, and business expansion plans.
- Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

1. MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
2. 25 years of relevant experience in project finance, banking coordination, financial documentation, or financial consulting.
3. Strong understanding of banking products such as CC/OD, Term Loans, LAP, FLC, and working capital financing.
4. Experience in preparation of DPRs, financial projections, and CMA data will be preferred.
5. Good communication and coordination skills with ability to interact with banks, consultants, and internal teams.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
7. Experience in real estate, infrastructure, project finance, or consulting environments will be an added advantage.
