Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and complaints via voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chats, social media) channels
- Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update databases using basic computer tools




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Uphold brand values and ensure a delightful customer experience

Requirements:

- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related field
- Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Technical Skills:Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving ability
