Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across the iron foundry, ensuring consistent product quality, compliance with customer and industry standards, continuous process improvement, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive quality excellence by minimizing defects and rejections, reducing production costs, improving process efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of safe, reliable, and high-quality products and components.
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and the manufacturing team by understanding customer requirements, translating them into manufacturing quality standards, and ensuring effective implementation to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality team through training, performance management, and continuous skill enhancement to foster a robust culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Iron Foundry Operation experience is mandatory
