Role & responsibilities

- Visit construction sites to promote and sell Tata Tiscon rebars.
- Provide technical guidance to customers at construction sites.
- Ensure correct construction practices through on-site technical support.
- Act as a consumer champion by addressing customer queries and providing technical assistance.
- Support dealers by generating and sharing potential customer leads.
- Engage with dealers and provide on-ground support to strengthen business relationships.
- Convince end customers about the superior quality and benefits of Tata Tiscon products.
- Build trust with customers through technical expertise and timely support.
- Coordinate with dealers and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction practices and reinforcement steel (TMT/Rebar).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with dealers, contractors, and end customers effectively.
- Customer-focused with robust convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for construction site visits.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
