About the Role:
We are hiring candidates for a Customer Support role to assist customers by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, problems and queries
- Provide accurate information about services and processes
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Escalate complex queries to relevant teams
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Update and track issues in CRM systems
Candidate Requirements:
- Age: 18 to 30 years
- Languages: English + Hindi / Tamil / Kannada
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
