Role & responsibilities

1. Ambulance Operations & Monitoring:
- Ensure 24x7 on-road availability of ambulances under the assigned cluster.
- Monitor daily ambulance deployment and performance (KMPL, response time, off-road status, etc.).
- Coordinate for timely vehicle repairs, maintenance, and documentation updates.

- Crew Management:

- Oversee duty rosters of pilots and EMTs to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular briefing and debriefing sessions for crew on duty-related matters.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of crew members.

- Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, state guidelines, and medical protocols during operations.
- Conduct checks on ambulance cleanliness, equipment availability, and emergency kit upkeep.
- Coordinate with the quality and audit teams during inspections or reviews.

- Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle status, crew attendance, incidents, and off-road reports.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to superiors as required.
- Handle documentation related to vehicle insurance,



permits, and other legalities.

- Coordination:

- Liaise with workshops, fuel vendors, local authorities, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Attend emergencies or breakdown situations when needed.

- Training & Support:

- Support in on-boarding of recent crew and orientation of operational protocols.
- Arrange or facilitate refresher trainings as per organizational requirements.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and ambulance equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
