Role & responsibilities

- Liaise with Government Departments including Health Department, Fire Department, Municipal Corporation, Pollution Control Board, Labour Department, and Drug Control Authorities.
- Coordinate statutory approvals, registrations, licenses, and renewals required for hospital operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact during inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials, healthcare organizations, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect documents required for regulatory submissions.
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports and statutory documents.
- Follow up with authorities for approvals, NOCs, and certifications.
- Support NABH/JCI accreditation requirements related to statutory compliance and external coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence, approvals, and licenses.




- Keep management informed of changes in government regulations affecting hospital operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/MPH/MHA preferred).
- 3-8 years of experience in hospital liaisoning, healthcare administration, or statutory compliance.
- Solid knowledge of hospital licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience

- Experience in NABH/JCI-accredited hospitals.
- Existing network with local government departments and healthcare authorities.
- Familiarity with hospital statutory compliance and healthcare regulations.
