- Lead and supervise instrumentation activities during the assigned shift.
- Monitor the health and performance of PLC, SCADA, DCS, RTU, HMI, and BMS systems.
- Ensure continuous operation of field instruments, control valves, analyzers, HVAC controls, Fire Alarm, and Gas Detection systems.
- Coordinate preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system faults to minimize downtime.
- Review alarms, system events, and operational abnormalities and initiate corrective actions.
- Supervise calibration, loop checking, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
- Ensure proper shift handover and maintain accurate operational and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Operations, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire & Safety, and Utility teams.
- Monitor Water Treatment, Chemical Dosing, STP/ETP,



and utility systems from an instrumentation perspective.
- Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and HSE procedures.
- Manage emergency situations related to instrumentation, automation, gas detection, or fire protection systems.
- Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and project modification activities.
- Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5 -10 years of experience in Power Plants, Solar Plants, Data Centers, Oil & Gas, Chemical Plants, Water Treatment Facilities, or Industrial Utilities.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in shift operations or supervisory roles preferred.
