JOB TITLE: Manager/HOD-PPC

REPORTING TO: Plant-Head

EXPERIENCE: 15+ Years

LOCATION: Bangalore (India)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strong Knowledge on Material Planning Requirement & Material Availability
- Ensure that the materials required to manufacture finished products are available on time.
- Oversees internal control implementation, assists with budget preparation, ensures reporting compliance, and manages the transaction reporting process.
- Valuable Knowledge on SAP PAP Module and BOM Routing.
- Work experience in Sheet Metal Industries and related process.
- Monitoring the production plan vs actual.
- Identifying the Risk and preparation of Risk mitigation plan
- Supports to operation team for achieving the production targets
- Preparation of MIS data for Sales & Operation review
- Coordinating with Customer and achieve the business targets as per the Business Plan.
- Align aggregate planning with MRP, should coordinate and communicate with different departments, review and revise the aggregate plan periodically,



and use feedback and control mechanisms to monitor and adjust the plan
- Evaluate production control activities to ensure that final product meets customer specifications.
- Responsible for 100 % SAP compliance and material consumption as per BOM
- Responsible for shop floor Inventory (FG)
- Monitoring the Production performances
- Monitoring material shortages
- Delivering quality products to customer without Non conformances
- Responsible for Demand Management as per the Customer requirements
- Responsible for Product delivery as per the customer requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain PPC strategies and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on the latest PPC trends, Technologies, and best practices.
- Proactively monitor spend and adjust as needed to meet business goals without overspending.
