Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve submission and closure targets with quality candidate delivery

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of IT Recruitment and Technical Hiring




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals
- Understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills
