What We Are Looking For:
- Post graduate degree (Preferably in the field of Economics, Marketing or Business)
- Experience: 1-5 years of end-to-end Client / Project Handling experience.
- Location: Open ONLY to permanent residents of Delhi NCR.
- Comfortable working in a target based role.
- Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM) catering to our US clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and timely fullfill client requests by empanelment of best fit experts for various research projects in a particular domain.
- Read and actively search information that helps you understand your client's industry.
- Track competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
- Develop an understanding of how to work with clients and industry experts including communication, time tracking, monthly reports etc.
- Act as a point of contact for clients.
- Client Relationship Management - build good relations with clients and leverage them to get more business.
- Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and produced to the highest possible standard.
- Read about the latest news items relating to your domain to forecast potential client projects and create a pool of suitable experts in advance.
- Act as Mentor to associate-expert engagement.
