End-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2H, and permanent roles.
Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process through onboarding.
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to fulfill technical hiring requirements.
We're Looking For:
Experience in US IT Recruitment.
Solid understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
