- To Create PR and follow up with the vendors for material availability on time.
- Man Power deployment.
- To Check and ensure that the completion of activities as per the schedule.
- To coordinate with other departments like stores, electrical , contractors for optimum utilization of resources.
- To proactively plan and arrange for the activities so that the work is not hampered.
- To identify the bottleneck and analyses and prepare plan B
- Initiate improvement projects.
