Role & responsibilities

- Operate assigned machines/equipment as per standard operating procedures under guidance of senior operators/supervisors.
- Load and unload raw materials, components and finished products on machines and conveyors.
- Monitor basic machine parameters (speed, temperature, pressure, etc. as applicable) and inform supervisor in case of abnormalities.
- Perform basic cleaning of machines and maintain positive housekeeping in the work area (5S practices).
- Follow all safety rules, use required PPE, and comply with plant safety guidelines and work instructions.
- Assist in routine checks and minor adjustments to ensure continuous operation (training will be provided).
- Record production data such as quantity produced, rejections and downtime as instructed.
- Coordinate with maintenance/quality teams whenever required for machine or product issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- On-the-job training will be provided for machine operation and safety procedures.
- Candidates with 01 year of experience will be considered; preference will be given to fresh Diploma and ITI holders.
