Shift: Rotational Shifts
Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off
Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day
Job Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping customers through voice and chat support, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Voice (Calls) and Chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Required Skills
Mandatory:
Excellent English communication (Read, Write & Speak).
Fluent in Hindi (Speak).
Comfortable handling customer calls in English & Hindi.




Additional Language (Any One Preferred):
Tamil
Kannada
Telugu
Marathi
Eligibility
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
Prior customer support experience is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
