Role & responsibilities

- Manage Dark Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the dark store, ensuring efficient inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the store team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards.
- Scheduling & Staffing: Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining order accuracy and timely delivery through effective coordination with the last-mile delivery team.
- Process Optimization:



Continuously analyze store performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-6 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or
- supply chain management, preferably within a quick
- commerce or fast-paced retail workplace
- Fluent in Tamil & English
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Good Mail Communication Skills
