Purpose/Objective

The Associate Lead - PMO will be responsible for driving project governance, monitoring project performance, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards across multiple Data Centre projects. The role will support project leadership through robust reporting, MIS, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of PMO frameworks to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities of Role

a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Project Governance & Monitoring - Track project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and budgets. - Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning activities. - Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, project controls, and reporting mechanisms. - Ensure compliance with project management processes, standards, and organizational guidelines. Planning & Performance Management - Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, EHS, and Commissioning teams. - Track critical project KPIs and identify schedule or cost variances. - Conduct project performance reviews and recommend corrective actions. - Support project recovery plans and monitor closure of action items. MIS & Reporting - Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive project dashboards. - Develop project status reports, management presentations, and leadership updates. - Consolidate project data across multiple sites and functions.



- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and PMO records. Risk & Issue Management - Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and key dependencies. - Maintain project risk registers and mitigation plans. - Track issue resolution and escalate critical matters to senior management. Stakeholder Management - Facilitate coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure timely closure of project actions and decision logs. - Support project reviews with consultants, contractors, and leadership teams. Data Analytics & Digital PMO - Utilize project management tools and dashboards for decision-making. - Analyze project data trends and generate actionable insights. - Support digital transformation initiatives within the PMO function.

Technical Competencies

Project Planning & Monitoring,Proficiency in using Planning Toole like Primavera / MS Projects,Stakeholder Partnering,Risk Management and Mitigation

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical). - MBA / PGDM / M. Tech / NICMAR (preferred). Experience - 7-12 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Controls, Planning, or Project Monitoring functions. - Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects such as Data Centres, Industrial, Power, Energy, EPC, Commercial Buildings, Airports, Metro, or Manufacturing facilities. - Exposure to multi-project monitoring and reporting is preferred.
