We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and result-oriented Verbal Ability Trainer to join our test preparation team. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding students to ace the Verbal sections of standardized exams, specifically the GMAT, GRE, and SAT.
Location: Golf Course Road and Old DLF Colony
Job role: Full time, offline
Work schedule: 9 hours a day on weekdays and 10 hours on weekends, any one weekday is the week off day.
Job Description:
1. Classroom Delivery & Student Mentorship
Deliver High-Impact Sessions: Conduct engaging classes covering Reading Comprehension, Critical Reasoning, Sentence Correction, and Text Completion/Sentence Equivalence.
Strategy-Driven Teaching: Focus not just on grammar and vocabulary, but on teaching core test-taking strategies, pacing, and eliminating cognitive traps.
Diagnostic Analysis: Review students' diagnostic and mock test scores to identify individual strengths and weaknesses, providing personalized feedback and study plans.
2. Content Development & Quality Assurance
Curriculum Enhancement: Assist in designing, updating, and refining course materials, practice questions, and mock tests to align with current official test patterns (e.g., the GMAT Focus Edition, Digital SAT, and Shorter GRE).
3. Student Engagement & Support
Doubt Resolution: Conduct dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student is left behind.
Progress Tracking:
Maintain meticulous records of student attendance, engagement, and mock score trajectories.
Qualifications
- Preferred experience in teaching Verbal for competitive exams like GMAT, GRE, SAT, CAT or similar competitive exams or, experience in teaching English.
- Extremely well adapted with logical reasoning.
- Excellent communication ability.
- Bachelors/Masters degree ( full time ) with specialization in English.

Preferred Skills
Experience in teaching GMAT/ SAT/ GRE /CAT Verbal Ability.

Required Candidate Profile:
- 1-6 years of experience in counselling and sales within the education sector, preferably in overseas education.
- Proven ability and track record in counselling students and parents while effectively handling the end-to-end sales process.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
