Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, and chats in Spanish language.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products/services offered by the company.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- C1 certified level proficiency in Spanish language (written & spoken).
- Minimum 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as required.
